Q: Are your fragrances 100% original?
A: Yes. All fragrances sold by Bottled Bliss are sourced from authorised distributors and are 100% authentic. We do not deal in counterfeits or imitations under any circumstance.
Q: Are these inspired fragrances or original branded perfumes?
A: We stock original branded perfumes. Some of our in-house blends are inspired by iconic luxury scents — these are clearly marked and are original formulations, not copies or counterfeits.
Q: How long does the fragrance last?
A: Our Eau de Parfum formulations are typically long-lasting. However, longevity depends on individual skin type, body chemistry, climate, and application method and cannot be guaranteed. We recommend applying to pulse points for best results.
Q: Can I test a fragrance before buying?
A: Yes! We offer in-store testing at our Vivek Vihar, Delhi outlet. For online purchases, we offer decants and samples on select fragrances.

Q: How do I place an order?
A: Visit thebottledbliss.com, browse our collection, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. We accept UPI, cards, net banking, and popular wallets.
Q: Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
A: Orders can be modified or cancelled within 2 hours of placement. After this window, the order enters processing and cannot be changed. Please contact us immediately at contact@thebottledbliss.com.
Q: Is it safe to pay online on your website?

A: Standard delivery takes 3–5 business days. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
