Return Window

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. Returns requested after this period will not be accepted.

Eligible Return Conditions

Non-Returnable Items

• Opened or used fragrances (unless damaged or defective)

• Products without original packaging

• Items purchased during sale or at a discounted price (unless defective)

• Gift sets that have been opened

Return Abuse Protection

Bottled Bliss reserves the right to decline return or refund requests in the following circumstances:

• The customer has a history of repeated or suspicious return requests

• The product returned is not the original product dispatched (product swapping)

• The product has been used, tampered with, or the seal has been broken without a valid defect claim

• The return reason is a subjective preference (e.g., dislike of scent, projection, or longevity)

• The return request is made after the 7-day window has elapsed

• Any fraudulent chargeback or payment dispute that is found to be unjustified

We reserve the right to blacklist accounts that misuse our return policy or engage in fraudulent return activity.

How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  • Email us at contact@thebottledbliss.com with your order number and reason for return
  • Attach photographs of the product if it is damaged or incorrect
  • Our team will review your request within 24–48 hours
  • If approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup at no additional cost
